| This boulder, probably of Muav Limestone, was one of the most beautiful rocks I've ever seen. I found it by the river's edge at one of our campsites. I've read that the Japanese will pay tens of thousands of dollars for a rock of such exquisite beauty, to use as the center piece of a Zen garden. I can certainly understand their feelings for such a unique expression of Nature's beauty. |
