Curt usually lugs along at least one camera on our adventures.  He makes no claim to being a good photographer, but we do enjoy the perverse pleasure of inflicting our slide shows on everyone when we return from a trip.

Many of the places you see here are seriously endangered, both by the rapacious Bush regime and anti-environment businesses who can see only dollars where we see beauty, recreation, and spiritual renewal, and by those of us who overuse the extremely small amount of wilderness that is still left on our overpopulated earth.  We hope that these photos will inspire you to actively work for the preservation of all remaining wilderness.   At the minimum, our pictures should make you realize what a waste of your life it is to sit at home watching TV, when you could be playing outdoors.

Each photo was selected both because we like the picture, and because there is an associated story to tell.   You can click on a thumbnail photo below to go directly to any picture, or enter here to view the photos in sequence.  Enjoy!!
